Lui Young alias Eleminal

Lui Young alias Eleminal discovered the electronic world or even better the electronic world discovered him. Inspired by several party visits and big artists like Sven Väth, Adam Beyer, Hell and influenced by these artists he was carried into the world of techno. He took its time go work himself into the material of “electronic music“. The results, gigs in various clubs in Switzerland. After joining the Circleone Booking & Beats Management agency, more gigs followed throughout the clubs Switzerland.

Friend Roger Zurbrügg and Lui produced in 2001/02 the sound for the project “Der-Voyeur“. For this project they toured through the clubs of switzerland. Shortly afterwards they went separate ways sadly, but Lui concentrated on djing and producing his own way.

Together with friend Adrian Martin, the first tracks named "Norka“ and "Fullness“ have been released on VeryVeryWrongIndeed Records UK. It followed a remix “Lily” on Fortek. Shortly after, around mid-summer 2009, he was proud to be a part of the Miniload family, which resulted that some more tracks produced together with Adrian Martin "2 Weeks", "Opinions", "La Calma" have been released on Miniload too. A great highlife of the Miniload era was, that they released their first vinyl in December 2009. Main track was "La Calma", including remixes from Tom Clark (Highgrade Records) and Doppelt Gemoppelt.

In the meantime some own productions and remixes found their way to the public and after a time he met Michael Gull (label owner of Colludo), where he had "Teore" and "The Rodes" as releases. Here too, "The Rodes" have been released as digital and vinyl. Nothing is better than a vinyl release, to have the own track in hand for real. Joining the new and young label called WirSindEins Records, the next step where its sounds can be released. Taking part, in association with Sandro Sincero, at the remix contest of Sennheiser in 2014, for Luciano “Fran Left Home”, they won the first prize. This is motivation enough to continue doing good music. Be excited to see what yet to come.
